Your account might get locked or blocked for a few reasons.
Wrong Password
If you enter the wrong password five times, your account will be temporarily locked. Wait for five minutes and try again, or click 'Forgot password' to reset it.
Self-Exclusion
If you've used the Self-Exclusion feature, your account will be locked during this period. Wait until it's over; our customer service can't open it before then.
Account Unavailable
If you see a 'Your account is currently unavailable' message, check your email for why it's blocked. Follow the instructions there to recover access, or contact customer support.
